Q. How do I reserve a guest room?
A. Please register your attendance on the event
website by 5/4/18.
Q. Will hotel costs be covered by ClimateWorks?
A. ClimateWorks will cover the cost of accommodations at the Hilton SF Financial District for the nights of June 13, 14 and 15 for non-funders.
Funders: Per usual protocol, funders will cover the cost of their accommodation. ClimateWorks will reserve your room based on the check-in and check-out dates you provide in this registration. You will then be asked to provide a credit card upon check-in to cover the room cost.

Q. What if I want to book a guest room before or after the meeting?
A. If you plan to stay before or after the dates that ClimateWorks will cover, please notify Melissa Nunan-Lew of the additional dates needed. Be advised that you are responsible for any additional nights.
ClimateWorks has a preferred rate with the Hilton of $249/night. We will try to secure the room for the additional nights.

Hotel Logistics
Q. What are the check-in and check-out times at the hotel?
A. Guest check-in is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00
noon. All guests arriving before 3:00 pm
will be accommodated as rooms become available.
Q. How will incidental charges be handled at the hotel?
A. Participants will provide a credit card at
check-in for any incidental charges (e.g. mini bar, telephone, cleaning, room
service, etc.)
Q. What transportation in San Francisco is best from the airport?
A. The hotel is
approximately 35 minutes (15 miles) from San Francisco International airport. You can take a taxi or Uber/Lyft from the
airport. If you prefer to take public
transportation, you can take BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) directly from the
airport to Montgomery St. Station. The
Montgomery St. BART station is only 0.5 miles from the hotel (a 10 minute
walk).
Q. Is WiFi available at the hotel?
A. There is accessible WiFi throughout the hotel
and a business center for express mail, copying and/or faxing.
Q. Is there a gym and swimming pool in the hotel?
A. There is a fitness room but no swimming pool.
Q. What costs will ClimateWorks cover for the meeting?
A. ClimateWorks will cover the cost of
accommodations for the nights of June 13, 14 and 15 for non-funders. ClimateWorks will cover the cost of meals during the event. Guests are responsible for their own ground
transportation and flights to and from the event, as well as incidental charges at the hotel.
Q. Where are all the meetings being held?
A. The entire meeting agenda will be held at the Hilton hotel, 4th Floor in the Columbus or Pine Room.
